Undocking in IDE Causes “Interaction not supported” error

Even though I could rearrange the toolbars in the rebar I got a strange error when I tried to "unhook" them ("the interaction between design and run-time environment is not supported").

This problem is now noted in the article. Unfortunately there is no correct resolution for it, it is a problem with VB itself.
